APTHCRY® Sock Pin

On August 29th I ordered a hat pin but received a pair of socks. I emailed to correct the order and this was the response:

How can we resolve?

Today is 9/16/25 and still haven’t got a response back.

I love the sock pins. I have a few of them now and attach them to my jackets and my kids coats as well.
