How do you pronounce APTHCRY

What is ISO-WEAVE?

Iso-Weave is our proprietary method in which we combine threads and stitch patterns into the triangle mesh pattern on the forefoot of each sock.  Iso-weave allows a more comfortable stretch, an amazingly soft feel, and unmatched breathability.

Why are some products sold out?

We release new limited edition products weekly. Each of these items are capped to a certain quantity of pairs. Once they are sold out, the product is gone.

What about sock sizing?

In terms of sizing, we suggest that customers take a look at our sizing chart here. We offer several sizes in our everyday essentials line; our limited collection is offered in one-size, which is equivalent to our M/L sizing. 

Can I buy APTHCRY in store?

Although we don't have a physical store, we have many partnered retailers across the country that carry our products.

What are the care instructions for socks?

Wash with warm water and tumble dry using low heat.

Do use not bleach
Do not iron
Do not dry clean

Ordering & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Once an order is placed, they are generally processed within the same business day.

Shipping times vary by location; expedited shipping can be selected at the checkout page. The whole transaction takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.

*Please note; the dates reflected on the checkout screen are estimations. Due to circumstances outside of our control, orders may take longer to process/ship. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on item, weight, and location. Expedited and international shipping can be purchased at checkout.

Selecting your shipping method confirms that APTHCRY is not responsible for late deliveries. 

Do you ship internationally?

YES!

We ship internationally through UPS and DHL. Additional fees and extended delivery times may apply.

Please fill out your addresses carefully; errors may result in an ample processing time or a cancellation of the sale.

We are not responsible for any tariffs or taxes that may occur during the import of the socks.

I entered the wrong shipping address…

Please email us at support@apthcry.com as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line and the corrected shipping address.

For you to receive your items as quick as possible, we start working on your order as soon as it has been placed. Due to this quick and streamlined process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders after it has been marked as shipped.

I forgot to use my discount code, can I add it to my order?

We are unable to apply the discount codes post purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?

We allow cancellation on all orders not already processed.

For you to receive your items as quick as possible, we start working on your order as soon as it has been placed. Due to this quick and streamlined process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders after it has been marked as shipped.

Please email support@apthcry.com with your cancelation request; include your order number in the subject line.

Can I make a return?

We allow returns for any orders up to 14 days after the delivery date.

To process a return; please email support@apthcry.com with your order number in the subject line.

The refund amount will be total amount paid for the item minus the cost of the return shipping label.

All refunds will be made via APTHCRY store credit.

Can I exchange my item for something different?

We’d be happy to accommodate any exchanges.

Please keep in mind that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Issues

Why was my order returned to sender? 

No worries! We will be happy to work through this issue to make sure you get your package!

If your order has been marked as “returned to sender”; this often means that there was an insufficient or an incorrect address. 

Please note that additional shipping costs may apply depending on the reason the package was marked "return to sender".

My package says “delivered” but I never received it. What should I do?

Most customers find their package within 24 hours. You can check the surrounding area, or with anyone who may have received it on your behalf.

For tracking the date or location of the delivery, please check the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

If you still did not receive your package after 24hours you can contact us at support@apthcry.com with your order number in the subject line for more help.

My package is missing an item or I received the wrong item.

We make sure to carefully pack each order that comes in, however mistakes do happen.

In the case that we do mess up, please contact support@apthcry.com for assistance with your order number in the subject line.

My tracking status was never marked as delivered.

Shipment times vary depending on your location, please allow 5-7 days for domestic shipping.

If it’s past 7 days and your package seems to be stuck in transit, please contact support@apthcry.com for assistance with your order number in the subject line.
