What Does the name APTHCRY mean?

APTHCRY (a·poth·e·car·y) was someone who made and sold medicine most popular during the 1700s. As sneakerheads, we treat our socks much like how apothecaries of the past were with medicine. Through trial and error, we concocted “ISO-WEAVE,” which we’ve added to our socks, which are always uniquely designed for each collection.

What is ISO-WEAVE?

ISO-WEAVE is our proprietary method in which we combine threads and stitch patterns into the Triangle pattern on the forefoot of each sock.  Iso-weave allows a more comfortable stretch, an amazingly soft feel, and unmatched breathability.

Why are some products sold out? Will they restock?

Each design in our collections is limited to a certain number of pairs; once they are sold out, they are gone forever.

Ordering, Shipping & Issues

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our chart for sizing Size Chart
Our socks are designed with ISO-WEAVE technology, allowing a comfortable stretch for various shoe sizes. 

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be verified and processed. We offer several shipping options through USPS and UPS, and shipping time may vary on location. Please allow additional time for all international orders and those addressed to military addresses. We try our best to get the socks to everyone as quickly as possible; if your order takes longer than usual, please check your email; we may be trying to reach you. 

My package says 'Delivered,' but it’s nowhere to be found.

If you are experiencing this, Most packages show up within 24-48 hours and are usually a premature status update by the carrier.

If you package is no where to be found after the 48-hour threshold, you can email us at support@apthcry.com, and we will file a claim with the carrier. Once the carrier returns with an updated claim status, we can issue a full refund or replacement for the order. The carrier investigation can take up to 8 days.

How much is shipping?

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS, and shipping costs are calculated based on your location at time of checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

YES!

We ship internationally through UPS.

However, additional fees and extended delivery times may apply. Please fill out your addresses carefully; errors may result in an ample processing time or a cancellation of the sale.

We are not responsible for any Tariffs or Taxes that may occur during the import of the socks.

Can I cancel my order?

We allow cancellation on all orders not already processed; once a shipping label and tracking number are made, we cannot cancel it anymore. Please email support@apthcry.com for cancellation requests.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returned products must be in unworn/new condition. You'll get a full product cost refund using your own label. Should you need a shipping label from our support team, shipping costs will apply for returns. refunds from returns are store credit only See full terms

What if something is wrong with my order or there is a defect?

We try our best to avoid any errors, but when we do make them, we ask that you email us at support@apthcry.com with your order number. Our support team will do their best to work with you to resolve your issue.
