I was highly disappointed. I bought a 3-pack and pulled the same socks for all three packs. I understand that it's a blind box and you get what you get, but they are supposed to be randomly pulled and getting 3 of the same socks doesn't seem very random to me. I took a shot supporting a YouTuber that I enjoy watching and got burned. Very disappointed.

What the point of this blind bag ****. You gave me 4 of the same exact sock. I knew this would happen. Just figured you would grab from a differnt bin When packing my order. I could see if it was four differnt orders. I get that. It is what it is. This was one order. All the same sock. Spent 60 on socks Sorry for my overreaction. I'm in Philadelphia and my order took way longer than usual. Post office problem not yours. No mystery sock in my order either. I like that touch. It Shows appreciation and good customer service.
The blind bag situation I get it you get what you get. But in one order the same sock is crazy work. What's the incentive to purchase more. Same thing if it was four differnt orders. If I pulled the same sock four times I would just give up. I would do it week by week. This week it's this batch next week differnt batch. Make it an internal thing no need for it to be public knowledge. But if one order comes in and it's for multiple blind bags at least pull one from a differnt bin. I feel like I just wasted money especially because it's the one sock I didn't want. Still great sock company. Just think the ball was dropped on this one. Thank you. For listening.
